As this is an online session, experience is dependent on Internet and may sometimes vary with the bandwidth available.

Here are some troubleshooting tips:

If your video keeps on freezing, or sound being choppy, that probably means that your internet connection is saturated.  Try turning off your video for a short period to ease load. Turn back on after a few minutes to see if better.
