Join us every 3rd Saturday of the month for an opportunity to be introduced, reconnect or deepen an already existing mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is the awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, and with compassion, leading to greater well-being. No experience necessary. Pre-registration required with a $10-$20 Donation.
