Virtual Mindfulness Sessions

We are providing free/donation-based virtual sessions for additional support during this pandemic. One-hour community LIVE video sessions will provide mindfulness practice guided by an experienced mindfulness facilitator and an opportunity to explore and share our inner experiences and ask questions about mindfulness practice.

Mindfulness practice is shown to reduce stress and increase feelings of balance and well-being, even during difficult times.

As this is an online session, experience is dependent on Internet and may sometimes vary with the bandwidth available.

Here are some troubleshooting tips:

If your video keeps on freezing, or sound being choppy, that probably means that your internet connection is saturated.  Try turning off your video for a short period to ease load. Turn back on after a few minutes to see if better.

If you get disconnected, you can always come back to meeting by clicking on link in original invitation
