Mindfulness Kids Series
This 5-week Mindfulness Kids series is available to children of various age ranges.
Introduce your child to “playing” mindfully through mindful games, group activities and focused awareness practices. Research has found that mindfulness training for children increases attention and social emotional awareness.
The 4-week Mindful teen course is open to teens ages 13+ and is taught by Valerie DeWitt.
Teens will learn mindfulness through games, group activities and focus awareness practices. Research has found that mindfulness training for children and teens increases attention and social emotional awareness.
Practices include mindful movement, games and exercises, mindful relaxation and kindness practices.
Mindfulness Family Day
Together, parents and children will explore mindfulness through play, movement, story and art. We will learn mindful ways to connect with ourselves and one another, and discover how these practices can enrich our family life. All Family Types Welcome. Childen age 5 and over.
